Since I took such a long break from blogging, y'all may not know that my sweet shih-tzu, Fancie, went to Heaven back in May. She was 13 years old, and my first baby. I got her my first year of law school, and it was very difficult when she passed away...especially on our boxer, Bozzley. He was very depressed and eventually went to live with a new family.
Fast forward a couple of months, and we started talking about getting a new dog. Apparently we are just dog people and we didn't like not having one at all after always having one for so long. A friend of mine from high school had Labradoodle puppies and just had one left. Since that was a breed we had been discussing, we went to meet her and fell in love!
We are pleased to introduce Miss Annie Garrett!
She is just the sweetest little thing!
Her puppy ways are entertaining after having adult dogs for such a long time...she can not figure out this other dog in the mirror in our bedroom:
She is adjusting very well to life in our house, and even loves to hang out outside while we are in the pool.
Get ready for many pics of Annie in future blog posts! Fitz says, "She's a pretty girl, isn't she?"
